Procedural Error Results in Dismissal of Appeal

In the case of Greenway v. Greenway, the Virginia Court of Appeals, in an unpublished opinion, dismissed a wife’s appeal of eight issues relating to equitable distribution and to child support where her opening brief failed to comply with Rule 5A:20(d).  Her brief had no statment of facts relating to questions presented.
