Postnuptial Agreement Still In Effect After Separation and Reconciliation.

In the case of W. Neil Wills v. Lisa J. Wills, the Virginia Court of Appeals, in a published opinion, ruled that the trial court erred in finding the parties’ Postnuptial Agreement was abrogated under Code § 20 155 by one of their later separations and reconciliations and, accordingly, the agreement was still in effect at the time of the parties’ divorce
