Divorce Did You Know Edition #2.

Did you know that after you separate from your spouse you may be able to use marital funds to pay normal expenses (such as attorneys fees and living expenses) even though you may be making enough money as separate funds to pay the expenses?  That is what the Virginia Court of Appeals recently determined in the case of Wright v. Wright in February of this year.
