Court Orders That Husband’s Visitation Should Be Supervised.

In the case of Hart v. Hart, the Virginia Court of Appeals, in an unpublished opinion, ruled that a trial court properly made a husband’s visitation with his two children where he was a perscription drug and alcohol abuser and displayed extremely erratic behavior throughout his case.
