No Reduction in Spousal Support Despite Material Change in Circumstances.

In the case of Nunez v. Nunez, the Virginia Court of Appeals, in an unpublished opinion, ruled that a husband was not entitled to reduce the spousal support he owed his wife even though the parties agreed that they experienced a material change in circumstances following the prior order where wife’s needs remained and husband retained the ability to pay.
