Therapists Could Not Testify Where Mother Would Not Consent to Testimony

In the cae of Shoemaker v. Karau, the Virginia Court of Appeals, in an unpublished opinion, held that the trial court did not err in its interpretation of Code Section 20-124.3:1 when it refused father’s attempt to have three therapists testify where mother would not consent to their testimony.
