Room and Board Reimbursement Not Allowed

In the case of Wesner v. Wesner, the Virginia Court of Appeals upheld a decision of the trial court which denied mother’s show cause requesting reimbursement where parties’ child lived at her home while attending community college where nothing in the parties’ separation agreement allowed a parent to be reimbursed for room and board provided by the other parent while the child attended school full-time.
