Testimony By Child’s Therapist About Mother Inadmissible Under 20-124.3:1

In Schwartz v. Schwartz, the trial court erred by admitting testimony about mother from the children’s therapist without her consent which resulted in a finding of contempt (which the court reversed) and an award of attorney’s fees which was vacated.  The testimony was taken in violation of Virginia Code Section 20-124.3:1.
