Felony Domestic Assault Conviction Reversed

In the case of Sensabaugh v. Commonwealth, the Virginia Court of Appeals, in an unpublished opinion, ruled that the trial court erred in convicting the Defendant of felony domestic assault because the Commonwealth failed to prove two or more prior convictions occurring on different days.
