Regular “Vaccinations” May Someday Prevent Divorce
No, this is not a joke. The New York Times reported last week on studies showing that regular doses of the hormone oxytocin may promote bonding, and even love, between people, and could be applied by marriage counselors in the future to assist estranged couples. And, the article continued, there may be future applications for an “anti” oxytocin which would act as an oxytocin blocker, and could potentially be applied to prevent married individuals from reacting to new love interests.
