Never, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever sign ANYTHING before having your attorney look at what you are signing.  An ounce of prevention is better than a pound of cure.  Time and time again I see clients who have signed ill advised agreements or court orders and end up dealing with extreme financial and personal crises as a result.  Please…consult an attorney.  Even if you think you can’t afford it, consult an attorney.  It is really the only way to go.
