Child Support Could Be Withheld from Workers Comp Award.

In the case of Minor v. Aramark, the Virginia Court of Appeals, in a published opinion, ruled that an employer had to comply with a Division of Child Support Enforcement administrative order and withhold the amount requested in the order from an employee’s worker’s compensation award.
